Meet Tammy D. Simpson CEO of Norwood Naturals. She is a retired, disabled veteran who served a combined 35 years in the United States Army. Once retired, she wanted to pay it forward to individuals suffering from anxiety, pain, and discomfort. Being a sufferer of those issues herself she understands the struggle. As a female veteran and humanitarian, Tammy has always wanted to bring comfort and compassion to all the people she could reach. Her discovery of CBD fell perfectly in line with these values. This provided her with a pathway to give back to society and her community. This gateway unifies her values of natural medicine, compassion, and service.
The business is affectionately named after the patriarch of Tammy’s family, her father Ernest Norwood White. A Southern God-fearing family man who instilled valuable principles in his family. He pours love, knowledge, and compassion into everyone he meets. One of his favorite sayings is “I Cried Because I Had No Shoes Until I Met a Man that had No Feet!” Our brand is built around the influential values he implanted in the family, along with his Queen our Loving Dear Mother, Joanne White (deceased) right by his side. We cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us. We miss you, Mom, words cannot describe life without you.
